Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the free Ship or Sell decision analyzer and report service operated by ShiporSell. A free analysis or report does not itself create a transport booking.

2. Decision aid, not a binding quotation

Ship or Sell provides source-backed planning information for vehicle shipping, selling, storage and import decisions. Outputs marked estimate, modeled, comparable, planning or review are not guaranteed charges or government rulings.

3. User inputs

You are responsible for accurate VIN, mileage, vehicle condition, modifications, ownership, purchase, PCS and destination information. Material changes can change the result.

4. Third-party data

NHTSA, EPA, CBP, state agencies, carriers, terminals and market-data providers are independent third parties. Their information may change or become unavailable.

5. Quote requests

A quote request is non-binding. Any later provider offer must identify the contracting provider, included services, final price and applicable provider terms before acceptance.

6. Insurance

Any insurance amount shown is a planning illustration only. Ship or Sell does not presently offer or broker an insurance policy through the analyzer.

7. Liability

Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. Liability is not excluded for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health where exclusion is prohibited. Any permissible limitation for ordinary negligence remains subject to applicable law.

8. Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The current public analyzer does not contain a paid checkout.

9. Current rules

Vehicle-import, tax, registration, carrier and terminal rules are time-sensitive. Re-run and verify the report shortly before booking or registration.
