Data used in the public analyzer

The analyzer may process VIN, vehicle details, mileage, origin, destination, PCS-related answers and technical request data needed to generate the analysis. Do not upload Social Security numbers, identity documents, Orders, tax documents or other sensitive files to the public analyzer.

Report and quote email

If you request a report or quote by email, we process your name, email address and the analysis data needed to fulfil that request and to follow up on the requested quote. Quote leads are stored server-side with the report ID so the request can be handled.

Marketing

Marketing messages are separate from a report or quote request and require the applicable consent process. A quote request is not treated as blanket marketing consent.

Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent, Ship or Sell uses Google Analytics 4 to understand product usage and conversion steps such as starting the analyzer, reaching a result, generating a PDF or requesting a quote. Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics”. The legal basis for this optional processing is your consent. You can refuse analytics without losing access to the analyzer and can withdraw your choice at any time using “Privacy choices”; withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.

Our tracking layer does not send your VIN, name, email address or phone number as analytics event parameters. Google receives the technical analytics data generated after consent and may process data outside your country of residence under its applicable transfer safeguards. Technical logs

Security and error logs may include timestamp, requested endpoint and technical information necessary to operate and protect the service. Retention should be limited to what is necessary.

Service providers

Render is used for application hosting and operational infrastructure. STRATO is used for domain and transactional email services. These providers may process technical or message data only as required to deliver their respective services.

Retention

Generated public report files are configured for short-lived server retention. Quote-lead data is retained only as long as needed for the requested business process and legal obligations. Final retention periods must reflect the actual production setup.
