Data used in the public analyzer

The analyzer may process VIN, vehicle details, mileage, origin, destination, PCS-related answers and technical request data needed to generate the analysis. Do not upload Social Security numbers, identity documents, Orders, tax documents or other sensitive files to the public analyzer.

Report and quote email

If you request a report or quote by email, we process your name, email address and the analysis data needed to fulfil that request and to follow up on the requested quote. Quote leads are stored server-side with the report ID so the request can be handled.

Marketing

Marketing messages are separate from a report or quote request and require the applicable consent process. A quote request is not treated as blanket marketing consent.

Technical logs

Security and error logs may include timestamp, requested endpoint and technical information necessary to operate and protect the service. Retention should be limited to what is necessary.

Recipients

Infrastructure, email and hosting providers may process data on behalf of the controller. Actual production processors must be listed in the final privacy notice before launch.

Retention

Generated public report files are configured for short-lived server retention. Quote-lead data is retained only as long as needed for the requested business process and legal obligations. Final retention periods must reflect the actual production setup.
