A real German offer has priority. Otherwise Ship or Sell uses robust medians and quartile ranges from comparable asking prices and removes strong statistical outliers when enough observations are available.
Confidence is separate from Decision Fit. Missing market evidence or fees can lower confidence without pretending the recommendation itself has changed.
Existing loan payoff is shown as negative-equity/liquidity context instead of being falsely counted as a unique economic cost of selling.
